Project Description

Develop the initial Program Budget for over 1300 facilities, including 700 buildings, among them living quarters, barracks, schools, hospitals, SCIFs, hangars, maintenance facilities and roadways. The aim was to timely relocate operations of 12,000 U.S. Service Members from Yongsan in Seoul to Camp Humphreys Pyeongtaek, about 40 miles south of Seoul.

Developed initial program budget estimate (AACE Class 5 Estimate) for program manager.
