The scope included 22 bridges (new and widening) ranging from 100 to 300 ft spans, 12 miles of roadway widening, including drainage modifications, ITS and utilities relocations. The total cost exceeding $1B was used to compare to the Client’s internal budget and two other independent estimates and was found to be within 5% of the average.
