Consent Decree Program is an expansion, renovation and capacity management of the Water & Sewer Department Collection, Transmission and Treatment systems to reduce and prevent Sanitary System Overflows and excess flows as required by the Consent Decree with the EPA. This is a large and complex program spanning over 10 years to complete the planning, design and construction of over 180 projects.

Task/Experience Description

Developed Class 4 and 5 estimates for overall budget validation of over $1Billion of construction costs. Reviewed Class 1, 2 and 3 prepared by Design Professionals. Provided change management support services for all WWTP and Pump Stations.
